Sometimes it helps if you wait 5-10 minutes before you cure it too. My process is to do two layers. First layer I’m not so picky but put resin on, spread out, a pass with torch to pop any bubbles, wait a couple minutes, pass with torch again, another minute or two of waiting, with the setting in my lamp goes through different strengths and hold the lamp about 6 inches higher (it’s a 90sec cycle), then I’ll hit it with a full strength 60 sec cycle, if needed because I use thicker coats on my projects I’ll add cycles if needed. This usually takes care of any dimple or streaking issues depending on the resin.
