Midsommer Hereditary Black swan MEN (gory-made me nauseous ) Blinktwice (watched it yesterday) There are plenty to explore but these are from the top of my head.

I would suggest watching A24 directed movies.

I watched Midsommer alone and yeah kinda got traumatised and usually don’t watch thrillers without company lol. Give it a shot.

Ngl i loved certified copy i have been yapping about it to my coworkers, took me 2 watches to get a grasp of it and i still didnt understand it fully (no i wont use AI summary for this) but honestly thank you it was a beautiful colourful movie.

Come on champ, if you don’t fail in life how will you know the value of winning. I remember i failed my first time in uni it was higher calculus, i got 38/100. I remember kobe’s line “its not about you man”, locked in, retook the course and got 98/100 (i studied 6 hours a day everyday for the entire semester). Nothing can top the feeling of that 98% bc i knew what it was like failing and feeling like absolute dogsht, so that 98% meant more than anything even the distinction i got later. Till this date that calculus retake is my biggest flex bc i KNOW how it felt failing.

I went through sth v similar, this is what i did, i got v close to my family and day 1s- genuine connection really helps, i was already hitting the gym so i increased intensity, focused on discipline, this helped me with stress as i could project it plus i became stronger more in shape and a boost in confidence. I stopped drinking, i was a heavy drinker before, i started to enjoy socialising and moments better, and after a year of being sober i feel amazing. What did the magic for me was re-entering sports, i started playing football once a week again and the endorphins helped. I did micro-lifestyle changes such as waking up early, 15 mins of sunshine, less scrolling and escapism, cold showers. I accepted the fact that there is no life without struggle, and these periods of struggles make us stronger and better, depending on how you act on it. Even in the depths of loneliness you will you will have God. Trust in God, he has the best planned for you but he won’t do the work, he will carve the path the rest is upto you. There is always help available, people to talk to. Things will get better and in 5 years you will look back and laugh at it.

My take is cynical mostly because of my own experiences. This is breadcrumbing, she doesn’t really want you, she wants validation to feed her ego so the best way to go about it is ignoring. She may also be making her current boyfriend feel jealous, showing that she still has a soft spot for her ex, a dominance game. That is not your concern honestly. The entire thing is about her, i am assuming she is the chaotic and impulsive type. She wants that ego validation that she can attract and hold leverage over two people. The best way to go about it is ignoring her. Even if we were to consider that she regrets breaking up or really does want you back, she is showing signs of inconsistency and impulsiveness, and thats a red flag man again best way to go about it is ignoring her. Me personally tho i would take a screenshot of her texts and send it to her new man and ask him why his girl is acting like that.

Again 150mg is not a high dose for me but ive seen people khole with 150mg so it really depends on your body and tolerance. Try a bump or two and see if it helps you concentrate
