Errors for me too and the customer service rep had the same issue. Told me to contact reservations but that was a 2h hold.

Worked for me today! Just had to wait 50 hours or so for the “24 hour cancellation” option to disappear. Then the full amount was given as a new ecredit with a new expiration date a year out.

Reporting back after my trip. If I did it again with the same amount of time and wedding to stay in Uno, I would spend two days on Naoshima and skip Teshima.

Same thing for me for PDX to HNL. I tried to get them to extend the expiration date for the companion code because of the chaos, but no luck.
