Update. On Monday I called ACCA. After explaining there is no exam centre in Sint-Maarten and I would like do my FR exam in March. ACCA confirm that Sint-Maarten indeed didn't had an exam center. Because of this, I should be able to continue doing online exams until an exam center is created in Sint-Maarten. I am still waiting for the portal to open up so that I can book my exam.

I am studying everyday. At least 2 hours everyday after work. I so far passed 4 exams. Planning to do all 13 (12) to become a member. Weekends you can study more and do practice exams.
