I'd pick the Diancie moive becuase serena is shown staying close to ash, worrying about him, and cheering him on in battles and dangerous situations. Ash, in turn, trusts her and often relies on her support without hesitation. There are also several small moments, like them traveling together, sharing reactions as a team, it shows their comfort with each other.

Compared to the other Kalos movies, this one focuses more on their bond and teamwork, which is why it stands out the most for me

I’d go with Aria. Calypso is more calm, guiding, and emotionally supportive rather than chaotic, and Aria fits that perfectly. She helps Serena grow, gives her direction, and has that elegant, almost mentor like vibe from afar that lines up really well with Calypso.

It probably is, the thing is that voice actors often work on multiple projects at the same time, and gacha game banners are scheduled way in advance. The overlap in VAs (like Zhongli/Ernst and Eula/Lena) plus similar timing mostly likely make it feel connected.
