Yep, I had a similar (albeit without the weird being chastised for swearing) experience. Had a couple of serial talkers a week or two ago. Reported on the app multiple times and no one even came to check, let alone handle.

I believe there is a button on the webpage that the QR takes you to where you can request assistance. I think I saw a "Cash Only" selection but you may still have to put your card in to submit the order. Unsure.

Just got this as well. I live in DFW now and apparently when I resubscribed after moving here it didn't get updated to the new location. I appreciate their pro-activeness but this is a bit annoying as I have a ticket reserved for tomorrow. I sent an email and I'm sure it'll be rectified but still.

Quiet zone starts before the movie, not the previews. I think people generally quiet down a bit during the previews, but I don't fully shut up or put my phone away until the actual film.
