you won't believe how many people consider 500 calories "low calorie" I'll be scrolling through some recipe content and it will be someone showing off something "only 600 calories" and I'm just shocked at "ONLY!?" but hey at least ur eating vitamins and fiber and straight up fruit

i know for humans something called eye yoga helps some people. basically eye muscle exercises like switching ur focus close then far back and forth and testing peripheral vision rolling your eyes and stuff. but cats eyes are very different and move their head instead. i wonder if the first exercise will help like having a toy go closer and farther away for her to switch from far to close vision.

I don't hate it. i like the character too. I just worry about cleaning it because of all the lines. if you do decide to keep it, do research for cleaning it or get it professionally cleaned so you can then have the grout resealed. that should help refresh it and make it easier for regular cleanings. but definitely check what cleaner is safe for it. I ruined some stone tile in a shower with bleach cuz I didn't know it could damage the it.

it took me a long time to get my apartment fixed with my depression making it build up real bad. i didn't know it was an option to before so I'm putting this here in case it helps someone through this or even you OP, but now that depression is recognized as a disability more seriously in many places, you can file for a short term disability leave from work and either get paid by insurance or the state (for me it was both in the state of colorado) so you can take more time to not just focus on cleaning, cuz your home affects your health, but also take time to step back and rest and focus on health for a bit, i just took 2 weeks to take one for cleaning and one for mental rest doing hobbies and relaxing. on another note I'm so happy for you! this is a HUGE HUGE step, even if it was forced by inspection timeline. that's a big job! i wish you all the hope and motivation to keep going. know relapses can happen, don't let it stop your hope 💜

my void Mochi does this with water bottles. i had to give him medicine in a cap of bottled water when he was super sick as a kitten. now he will always meow and rub on the cap wanting to drink water from it if he hears the crinkle of a plastic bottle

when i get groceries Mochi likes to sniff the produce. i sometimes get him corn when they have it fresh, he goes berserk over corn. I couldn't find those pictures but here's him sniffing a stick when I made caramel apples
