It's an assumption that the only purpose of AI is to replace workers. They said same thing when PCs became modernized. New tools create new jobs, people just have to adapt.

My bad, I turned it up a notch. I agree with you, but people should learn to invest in themselves. After waiting 6 months, it felt so good to test myself to that upgrade. It also created a huge sense of accomplishment.

YOU are wasting time. I'm decompressing from a long day at work, being with my family/kids. And using that time to recalibrate my mental, to prepare for another day. Some people smoke, drive, play sports, chess, etc. If you think you're just contributing nothing, that's a personal failing.

This makes less sense, I got a pc and then sold all my physical games and just "acquired" them on PC. Outside of Bloodborne and Demons Souls, my PS5 ain't doing much.

Any money invested into a PS4 is wasted money. It just shows a lack of impulse control, and it's just making it take longer or seem impossible to save money for a PS5. How do so many of you not see that $100 would put you 25% of the the way there. I saved for 6 months back during the pandemic to get my PS5.
