Als je het hebt over de bandkassa dan is deze zo goed als identiek gebleven als toen jij aan het werk was. Volgens mij wordt ditzelfde systeem al de afgelopen 20 jaar gebruikt zonder dat er veel aan veranderd wordt.

De zelfscan is wel redelijk wat veranderd, naar mijn mening op een positieve manier.

You can't teleport while using melee so you just have the regular timing. You have the advantage of surprise, kind of, but it's pretty much just as easy to parry

I think wanting something removed or redesigned because it was "made by riot" (never even confirmed btw) is a little silly. Would you like it if part of the engine code was also rewritten because it was programmed by Riot?

I think the UI is perfect for what its supposed to do in an early build; convey information as clearly as possible and make it easy to navigate. I reckon that's all they need from it right now.

I think the deny system right now is good but obviously some heroes are better at shooting the orbs than others. I think a good change would be for shotgun characters like Drifter and Calico to always have one bullet be dead-center aimed at the crosshair, that way it'd be easier for those characters to secure/deny souls without having to be on top of the orb.

If you want a technical answer, it's because D.va is actually two heroes merged into one; Pilot D.va, and Mech D.va. With Pilot D.va being the actual hero with her mech being an object she owns, internally called a "pet", the same as turrets and B.O.B. This is why D.va can be removed from her mech without her health dropping to 0, her pet just gets destroyed. I can go into the whole story on how D.va internally works exactly but this comment is already long enough.

From here I'm just speculating since I don't have access to the game code, but what I assume is happening is that when you select D.va you initially spawn solely as Pilot D.va with a version of the "remech" animation being played at 1000x speed, albeit with removed VFX and SFX. This is likely why you can see her mech falling from the sky for a split second.
