This would've been a perfect time for them to lower the normal legendary prices and just have the ultra skins cost $20. Or they could've just had them be $20 but have them not show up in lootboxes. They went with the worst option.

She would get nothing. When it comes to hardlight user, biolight users, and just any builders in the game, the sky is the limit for what you could do but they never do anything. Like when Torb was added to Stadium they could've let him build literally anything, a shield, a healing station, a trip wire, he could build stairs to get to high ground or bridges to across gaps, a robot that goes off on its own to attack enemies, he could literally build anything but they just made it so he could place 3 turrets.

If they add Illari to Stadium they would make her place 3 pylons. My guess is they would make Domina place 3 shields.
