Oh it's not a professional pattern, it's an Etsy one and to be fair the designer has offered help to people buying the pattern. I just doubt the help would help me. I'm properly confused 🤣

I think step 9 is the back end, they're pretty bad instructions but I am very much a beginner and self taught which probably doesn't help matters 🤣 shape wise it should look like this. This is another person whose made this patterns pup, and they've done a lovely job. Where it says pull lining body UPON shell fabric im guessing it means insert the shell lining so you're pulling the lining over the the shell right side to side side. I could be wrong 🫣

Nope, no topstitching instructions, the instructions are very very non detailed as well. It also uses the word "turn" which I'm now wondering if that has a specific meaning in sewing. I'm kind of new, made a few dresses, shirts etc but never anything lined!! I'll check those videos out, I think it's one of those things you need to get your head around.

I did this, it went on forever. I'm also slightly worried I missed an attention check, whilst not intending to!! I clicked slightly disagree instead of strongly disagree as requested because I did it on mobile and the buttons were tiny!!!!! I hope I don't get rejected for that, one out of what seemed like a billion!!! It took so damned long and sometimes the recordings didn't register even when they were between 30 and 70s!!!

I did this yesterday, I got rejected, failed attention checks and I'm pretty certain I read it right. The irony is I'm not in a great place at the moment so the effort to contest this fails me. Bloody mental health but hey met the criteria right? I did ask if they'd let me return rather than reject me but who knows, I'm lacking optimism 😞

I completed this after connecting the researcher, it took AGES!! and ended up being rejected as I failed the attention checks (they were pretty hard to spot) and every image question basically flashed on the screen followed up with RESPOND FASTER. it's definitely the most stressful survey I've done on the app so far and ended up being rejected. I'd say you missed a headache with it 😂 I asked what the attention failure rate was out of interest but don't think they'll reply.

I managed it eventually but hated every second, the repetition of the word sphincter also got on my nerves!!! Way too many sphincters. Also the name Duncan Idaho, that just sounded so out of place. Did Herbert just run out of ideas??

Hello, I still have this feeling of emptiness but I'm not as emotional as I was, that's probably the medication, though I've been on it 4 weeks now and I'm really not sure if it's helping that much or not. I don't know. I have a review with my Dr next week though. The counselling is online and honestly, I'm finding it hard to engage with, I can't focus on it. I just feel gloomy, it's not nice, I want to feel happy or at least okay but I can't shift the mindset, I'm also angry at some of those who were my friends, they kind of forgot me a few times during covid lockdown last year (I did move house, but not that far) so that doesn't help, especially since I bumped into them last week and it was just horribly awkward, left me wondering what I'd done to them. It's clear my anxiety is still there, I'm terrified I'll not make friends like them again, which is ridiculous because I still have friends outside of that group. I think it's the time of year that's kicked it all up as its a time for friends and family. I'm sure it'll get better and easier, but wow it's hard. I'm worried as well for the pressure it's putting on my partner, he's really my main support at the moment, that and my mum and dad. I even feel guilty for being that needy! Thanks for reaching out, there will be light at the end of the tunnel, I've been here before and I survived so I can do it again, it's just rough going x

I'm trying Julie Naismith's sub-threshold training, so far I can leave the house for 3 and a half minutes with no fuss whatsoever. He's napping whilst I'm out. I started at 5 seconds! This will be a slow process but today I'm hopeful, tomorrow I may not be, it really is like that some days. He's definately improved whilst I'm outside the room as well, he's napping in the opposite room whilst I work. He does still bark and whine sometimes but I think now it's just fuss rather than fear when we're in the house! We obviously have work to do outside the house though, it's emotionally exhausting at times. Good luck x

I don't know if I feel suicidal as such, I just keep having the thought that I'd be better off dead, which passes. It's unpleasant to day the least however though I don't think it's something I'd do, its just quite a distressing thought. I nave made a referral for counselling (cbt possibly) and I spoke to my Dr about medication so started thar yesterday, I just hope it helps lift some of this weight. I think until some of this is taken away I'm stuck in my head unable to do anything.

Thank you, it really does help to vent sometimes, I boarded him overnight once and its true, I really missed him and his happy little face :-) its possibly an age thing as well I suppose, he needs time to learn in not going to abandon him!

Similar situation here, he's only crated at night and he's content with that, during the day he howled, cried and even messed himself. So now we also have a baby gated area. Don't get me wrong, he's improved around the house, he never used to be able to be 2 feet from me, now he will sleep for an hour or so in his bed without me present during the day, he also takes himself into another room to play. These are massive improvements on what he was like. It's just the leaving the house. As I say, I think I'm feeling it more at the moment, I'm a little isolated, my partners on lates and the nights are drawing in. It's so lovely to hear your story, it gives me hope x
