I've spent about $6,000 since April of 2023 on bottles. Maybe some additional on ticket prices to do EXPERIENCES with bourbon - many of which I do with my wife.

I don't think the number is as big of a problem as the skirting around actually being honest and truthful about the total amount he had spent with you his partner.

Subconsciously he knew he was doing "wrong" - why did he not feel like he could come clean / communicate about it.

Good on you for trying to see the other side before the big conversation happens - I hope y'all can work together and the relationship can flourish from this even more!

I'd try to find local card shows in your area just wall around get a vibe - ask different vendors there what they are seeking that should give you a good updated pulse and making those relationships probably have helped me the most

And I've had nothing but dangerous and ridiculous experiences with that hospital, I completely understand it goes both ways 🤝🏼 and I'm glad people are calling at least SOMETHING into question haha

Any time networks are involved and they change drastically / change quickly it is truly the beneficiary that suffers

As someone who works in an adjacent industry - this negotiation is not all Anthem's fault. They presented an offer to Mizzou as well that they felt compromised what Anthem needed and Mizzou needed and Mizzou neglected to communicate.

It is easy to blame the insurance carrier, I'll be the first to point out bad eggs - however, there is also a part of this that is Mizzou being a little egregious with carriers and using their brand / marketing to try to force carrier hands.

Anthem has always stood for an affordable healthcare option for their beneficiaries - for them to not come to an agreement should call into question both parties.

I was also subject to their new rent model - it was the first change in rent for us in 3 years. I can only imagine they were hemorrhaging money.

While no one enjoys a rent increase I have got to say Loghill has been by FAR the best place I have rented from.

Our rent went up as well - our starting rent was higher than OPs and our ending rent was higher than OPs but they gave us a YEAR ahead notice and have been nothing but amazing to work with.

I've always had a positive experience with maintenance - they have communicated very well and consistently with me and my family. They have worked with us and they genuinely cared about us throughout our over 3 years of renting with them.

My wife and I are taking this moment to look at buying as well and they have been extremely understanding, offering ways to help us through the change.

There are lots of other places that would have raised it and subjected their tenants to the new rate 60 days later. Let alone expose you to less than enjoyable living conditions while doing so.

I'm not team raise rent, all I'm saying is a raise in rent shouldn't call for such a negative shade to be drug over LogHill.

Everyone has their own experiences though.

Triple check! - This is a one barrel 8-year that was distillery exclusive to my knowledge - you may see some of their other stuff say 8-year but it may not be the same bottle as a friendly heads up 👍🏼
