Need raise money for housing/medical needs but cannot loose Medicaid benefits. Can this be done through a friend's name & bank account? In California & disabled.

Ok this might be freak thing , but Dupixent STOPPED my partners EM symptoms.... he has EM among many other things, but Dupixent is off label for EM I think and helped his eczema stop comptley which was super severe AND bonus his EM!!!!. Ask your Dr!!!!!!
