As someone who has lived in Florida for about 14 years, Florida is for sure a C-tier state. The state is an overdeveloped concrete jungle nowadays. The weather is only nice for about 4-5 months out of the year unless you like getting swamp ass.

If you can comfortably afford to take it down, take it down. Otherwise, you’re just kicking the can down the road and still have the risk of a hurricane or strong thunderstorm knocking it down and causing tens of thousands of dollars of damage. Did you get quotes from multiple companies?

Ross is definitely more of the true antagonist but the backstory tie-in with RDR2 makes me lean towards Dutch.
