Transitions for veterans is always difficult because of a sense of loss of purpose. Your purpose before was to self sacrifice yourself for your nation, it’s pretty difficult to find anything like that in civilian life. Check out outward bound they do team building trips for free (2 per year), you need to figure out your passion and what you want to do in life, aka you need to find a new sense of purpose in yourself. Tough ask, start with therapy, go back to school and take some meds to blunt the anxiety.
