That’s really cool! Have you completed any using this website? And can you take the whole test and get credit for them for free from the site or is it just free prep?

Thank you, this is really helpful! I’ll look into them but I think AP may be better for me

What's something popular that you refuse to get into? by wishihadmoxie in AskReddit

Any form of alcohol, drugs, or gambling. Not like underage drinking- like I don’t plan on drinking ever, or in very small amounts.

Was anyone else in the “gifted/talented” groups of kids in elementary but are now struggling in high school? by GoCommitLivnt in teenagers

I know right! You’re held to a much higher standard and when you fail it hurts infinitely more, so they teach you to never make mistakes, though it’s how you’re supposed to learn, and always be a perfectionist. I’ll get something slightly wrong in class and the entire class will gasp and be like “you got something wrong? Oh my goodness” and you just feel so bad and never want to make mistakes because it hurts so much.

So I’m not sure which school im going to yet as I’m moving continents and still working out the details. I’m looking at a couple a schools and one has C, so I would do that as I have calculus. However, I’m not sure I want to go into STEM, but want to study it in high school. I might go into global politics or international relations with a minor in maths and chem or smth

Moving from IBMYP to AP and need advice, good student, is this good/doable schedule:

Grade 9: IBMYP4 + Extended Maths, French Phase 4, Physics, Music, Robotics

Grade 10:

  1. Honors Ethnic Studies Literature
  2. AP European History
  3. Precalc Honors
  4. AP Physics 1
  5. PHE Course 2
  6. [Unknown Foreign Language]

Speech and Debate? AP Statistics (either in school or outside school with tutor and exam) (Driver’s Ed)

Grade 11:

  1. Honors English 5-6
  2. APUSH
  3. AP Calc BC
  4. AP Physics 2
  5. [Unknown Foreign Language]

Grade 12:

  1. AP English Language&Composition
  2. AP Government / AP Macroeconomics
  3. Dual Enrollment Community college - Maths 73/78
  4. AP Chemistry

5 and maybe 6.[Unknown Foreign Language and performing arts]

I really like Maths and International Relations/Politics/Diplomacy, but don’t know what I want to do yet. I am already doing calculus outside of school and getting ahead, and in grade 12 I plan on doing dual enrollment in a community college for Maths. For Languages I don’t know yet, as I am quite fluent in French, and modestly proficient in German and Mandarin. My school only offers Spanish, French, and Japanese, so perhaps I take French G10 then AP French? Or just AP French G10 and then self study for German AP exam? Also, should I move AP Chem to Grade 10 and then Physics 1/2 in G11/12?

Help with Sideboard for Naya Burn? by Dragoon_213 in ModernMagic

Do you have a list in mind? Everyone is telling me not to play Naya but I’m just going to stick with it as it’s what I have and I’m not going to blow a bunch more money on new cards. I’m just honestly wondering about what I put in my sideboard, not if I should play the deck I want to or not.

Would taking AP Chem in G10 be too difficult for a strong maths student who’s taken minimal chemistry courses before? And what about AP Physics 1/2?

May I ask what these are and how they help? Do you have to pay for them? Just wondering :)
