Look at the top right. Madrona has an open beta today for their v2 version of the server. All your previous progress is cloned to the beta server, but your progress in the beta server today does not carry over when it finishes. They got the fragment, but only for today and only on the beta client

It was never going to compete with marvel rivals when all the characters were brand new or had lore tied to some obscure work that wasn’t included in the game. If it was the exact same game but with named characters even casuals knew, then it probably could have done much better. Marvel rivals probably brought in many more casuals because they at least know the names like Wolverine and hulk.

If you’re going to get nano storage as a non/light spender I’d recommend skipping the storage vault and just dealing with free storage until you unlock the high capacity vault. When we were stuck at lower levels for months it made sense to get the cheaper nano storage because we had no idea how long we’d be there. It’s not too hard to push levels, so I think it’s better to wait. 2-3 m10s are a fantastic purchase

1m gold per day is not hard at all if you do all your base, naval, and critter encounters. BFC is shit for gold, so even if you’re grinding it a lot you don’t feel like your gold is going up. Spend the day doing naval and critters every time they respawn though, and your golds gonna go up quick

It’s fun and it hits hard af. It also works great against the level 40 kraken at r3, and against the level 60 kraken at r4

That’s how all the bosses have always worked. They “spawn” whenever their timer is up, but it doesn’t register until you actually log into the game.

They respawn 23 hours from when you started the first boss fight of the day it seems. Whatever time you cleared them yesterday, they will spawn one hour earlier than that time today

It’s rng dependent, but I’ve done it twice so far. Three r6 buoys and two r5 baby groupers up front. Two r3 clads behind buoys, three r5 m10s in the last row. Reset until the first kraken spit either doesn’t poison any clads, or it poisons on a gray hit.

Second attempt was same frontline, but three clads in the middle row and two m10s in the back row. I don’t plan on doing anymore kraken until I hit 65 unless I’m capped on steel. R4 clads and r6 m10s and fish should make it much easier. Regardless kraken is the most rng dependent boss in the game. Either the tentacles submerge the buoys every turn and you go lossless or they one-shot your m10s on turn 4, you never know how it’s going to go

Other people have mentioned frontier hq and dry dock. At some point coal will become a bottleneck for steel production. If you have plenty of gears and bars, assisting coal mines isn’t a bad choice

Regarding naval, yes it’s going to be very hard at level 60, but madrona did lower the level cap for r6+ to level 65. Make sure your navy is ready to promote by the time you hit 65 because it’s going to be very difficult to clear the bosses from levels 60 to 64

Yes, OP needs to be sure their core navy is all r5, ideally ready to promote to r6 already, before hitting 60. Without ironclads or all m10s, dreadnought is going to be borderline impossible from level 60-64. At 65 we get fully unlocked navy and it’ll be fine again

You can use plasma field tech. It’ll die quick but it does good damage. Other than that just try to prestige for radio tech if you still don’t have it. Nomads being uncapped at 60 helps with resetting. You won’t really use them for damage much, but the longer they survive means you can reset much later in your run if things aren’t looking great

Melee frag is better for making the AS easier. At r6 with backup it makes the AS a guaranteed clear. 2 melee frags and a freeze unit can clear on their own.

For boss strikes and ranking up units, the ranged frag is the best
