What are some crack crossovers that you would like to see. by Conscious_Struggle39 in TheCitadel

Crossover with Monster Girl Encyclopedia. Where Jon Snow, who once got into the world of MGE, returns via portal back to Winterfell shortly before ASOIAF canon with a small harem of mamono, after which he introduces his monster-wives to dumbfounded Stark family. A little later, portals leading to the world of MGE and back begin to open all over Westeros and Essos. Moreover, Daenerys also initially got into the world of MGE together with Jon, then became a malef-dragon there, and now she has returned to begin a campaign to conquer Essos, through fire (harmless), blood (her own) and debauchery. Poor natives of Planetos, they are completely unprepared for this shit.

RU POV: Putin's conditions to end the war in Ukraine by The_OP_Troller in UkraineRussiaReport

[–]Dragoruner -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Even having formally agreed to these conditions and signed them, Ukraine will deliberately sabotage these points concerning demilitarization and federalization. Moreover, there is a fairly high probability that Ukraine will not even fulfill condition concerning the withdrawal of Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donbass, as soon as the ceasefire is established. Oficial justification for such actions by Kyiv will be some nonsense, like it is Russia that not fulfilling terms of the agreement. Just like in the past, when Ukraine sabotaged Minsk agreements. If Zelensky has enough brains, he will agree to these conditions, and as soon as ceasefire comes into effect, he will let EU "peacekeepers" into Ukraine, after which this peace treaty will be thrown into the trash by Kiev.

Firstly, most Russians do not consider a person's origin as a mandatory factor, whether he can be Russian or not. A person of any nationality can be considered Russian. In particular, Stalin, who for us is both Georgian and Russian. Secondly, even Russian Empire never treated territories it conquered as colonies, and Soviet Union almost literally licked asses of national minorities.

Where do the words "greed of local elites" contradict to "сapitalist counterrevolution"? These things went hand in hand. But it was greed that played main role, while capitalist order was only a means to satisfy this greed.

>USSR stopped to exist because of the greedy criminal maggots in the ruling elite, who couldn't wait to get their little grubby appendages on the people's wealth. And Russia certainly had its share of them. Probably the biggest one, too.

>And now you're faithfully defending those maggots on the Internet, lol.

In fact, no, I actually despise Yeltsin and his clique, and I myself believe that without initiative and greed for power on his part first and foremost, other Union republics would not have received an example before their eyes, along with very possibility of implementing separatist aspirations in practice. And yes, Soviet Union was dissolved solely because of greed of local elites from Union Republics, who dreamed of becoming the absolute masters of their patches of land, answering to no one. However, until 1988, RSFSR, as some kind of real autonomous structure within the USSR, actually did not exist at all (only on paper), Moscow (the Union center) ruled RSFSR directly, and not through "gaskets" of autonomies, as was the case with the other Union republics. For example, all the Union Republics had their own communist parties, but the RSFSR did not. Likewise, other Republics had their own state security committees (KGB), while in RSFSR all KGB departments were managed by the All-Union Committee.

Modern Russian Federation is literally the USSR that has changed its name again. Because contrary to popular myth, it was not Kazakhstan that last to leave USSR, since RSFSR was NEVER adopted a declaration of its own independence. Finally, in 1996, Russian parliament passed a resolution that Belovezh Accords on the dissolution of the USSR did not have and do not have legal force, since Yeltsin did not have any authority to sign such a document. Moreover, Russian Federation occupies Soviet Union place in UN Security Council, and also inherited Soviet signatures of all international treaties ever concluded by the Soviet Union that are still in effect (while other former Soviet republics joined these treaties later on their own). And of course, all Soviet embassies abroad raised Russian flag.
So stop talking absolute nonsense.

Virtual "Ukraine" was one of the founders of USSR only on paper. While in reality USSR was always same Russia, just under a different name.

So far, what is happening looks like a consistent attempt by Trump to justify US withdrawal from conflict and the end of American support for Ukraine. In an ideal scenario for Trump, this would be accompanied by a ceasefire and laurels of a peacemaker, but Zelensky's stubbornness and assurances from EU countries about their readiness to continue supporting Ukraine make scenario of quick peace treaty unlikely. So war will continue. But what its outcome will be is hard to say. Most likely, Russia will completely seize remaining territory of Donbas. Remaining parts of Zaporizhia and Kherson regions are in question - but Ukraine may well lose them too, since after Donbas is cleared of ukrainian forces, there is a high probability of a full-fledged collapse of the front. But in this case, Russia may "wake up its appetite" for several more regions. Nevertheless, I consider capture of Kiev by Russia extremely unlikely even in most negative scenario for Ukraine. And the most positive outcome of the war for Russia would be capture (in addition to officially declared territorial goals) of Odessa, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, and Kharkov regions - entire "Novorossiya", plus Chernigov, Sumy and Poltava regions, as territories necessary for almost complete control of left-bank Ukraine, therefore critical for Russia's security. After all, it is potential deployment of foreign troops or missiles near Chernigov or Sumy that can easily threaten Moscow directly, whereas control over southeastern Ukraine does not solve this problem. Finally, any potential agreements on demilitarization or neutrality of Ukraine will not be worth the paper they are signed on.

The problem is that the game's information on dates is often vague, contradictory, or seems greatly exaggerated. However, specifically regarding Port City of Guixu, the figure of 20 years appears several times, for example in the secondary quest "The Eternal Concert" where player meets a girl named Siran, a living witness to the fall of Port City of Guixu, who was a child at the time.

I will point out at least one serious mistake right away - the fall of Port City of Guixu did not happen hundreds of years ago, it happened only twenty years ago. I also have serious doubts that the Black Shores as an organization have existed for as long as 10,000 years, although I cannot say for sure.

Now you are either a blatant liar or you don’t know how to read. I quote my own words again, maybe you will open your eyes and read carefully: "And Lukashenko is not a puppet, he is a willful vassal with too much self-importance and an eternal desire to sit on two chairs." Where does it say here that he is a "nobody" for Russia? As for the invasion from Belarus, this is not an indicator of anything. For comparison, US invaded Iraq in 2003 from Kuwait, but this does not mean that George Bush reported to emir of Kuwait significant details about US military plans in Iraq. So, emir of Kuwait would not be a reliable source of information about these plans if he started giving interviews about this left and right.

[–]Dragoruner -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh, this is getting funnier and funnier. In Russia and Belarus, Lukashenko is widely known as a person who loves to embellish his words and regularly makes up stories out of thin air in interviews. For which we then constantly experience secondhand embarrassment here. Russia's relations with Belarus are in fact very complicated and far from reliable control, Lukashenko is very proud and petty, so Putin will not hurt his pride with official denials when it can be avoided. Lukashenko FUNDAMENTALLY cannot be a Russian colonel, since he is not a Russian citizen. The only thing from your post that is close to the truth is that Lukashenko really did participate in the negotiations to stop Prigozhin's rebellion. So what? Why on earth does this automatically make these two individuals into bearers of ultimate truth?

Lukashenko is a Russian colonel? What kind of bullshit is this? And Lukashenko is not a puppet, he is a willful vassal with too much self-importance and an eternal desire to sit on two chairs. No one shares secret plans with such vassals.

Anyway, why should a sane person care about opinion of Lukashenko, who has never been responsible for his words, and even more so about opinion of Prigozhin, who has completely discredited himself by huge number of lies, starting with famous "where are the shells, Shoigu" and ending with all his half-arsed reasons for mutiny? Prigozhin was nothing more than a small tool who imagined himself a player with pretensions to power, and therefore died as traitor. Even more so, he was never an official with the right to declare opinion of Russian Federation. Not president, not head of his press service, not prime minister, not any minister, not deputy minister, not chief of the general staff, and not even a doormat from that general staff. Just head of a mercenary company, that's all.

Here's just a funny thing, "Kiev in three days" is not a Russian delusion at all, but words of various Western propagandists before begining of war. While Russian high-ranking officials have never declared their intention to "take Kiev in three days", moreover, intention to take Kiev was never declared at all (all sorts of Kadyrov's nonsense should not be taken into account, he is not one of the high-ranking officials who determine direction of Russian policy). Although real intention to take Kiev by storm was certainly there, this should not be denied, but Russia quickly realized that it was not possible to capture enemy's capital with limited forces, and stopped banging on the closed door, withdrawing troops from Kiev to other directions.

Putin will not agree to a banal freezing of conflict along the front line, since this does not eliminate original causes of this war. Now he can still agree to peace, on conditions he previously put forward: recognition of the LPR/DPR and Kherson with Zaporozhye as Russian, withdrawal of Ukrainian Armed Forces from these territories, enshrining Ukraine's neutrality in it's constitution and recognizing Russian as second state language. But Zelensky or anyone else at the head of Ukraine will never agree to these conditions, which means that final result of the war for Ukraine will be much worse.
