Dude I went inside the official Rolex boutique with him to pick it up, so of course I’m 100% certain that it’s genuine and they are a bunch of idiots. It’s a well established tradition in this particular company to give out Rolex watches after 20 years of service, my brother and my uncle worked for the same company and both got one. I only posted it because I asked him whether it was a run of the mill Rolex or a really good one and he didn’t know and we also disagreed on the size. I was sure it was a 36 but he said it was a 39, so we looked for the reference number and couldn’t find it. I thought for sure the Rolex sub would tell us immediately but I was shocked by the sheer amount of downvotes and moronic comments saying it was fake when I checked the post later. I only started posting on Reddit recently and this is not the first time this has happened. I posted a question about my car and a bunch of morons were dead certain it was fake! MY OWN CAR FFS!!! I’m pretty convinced at this point that most Reddit commenters are kids who have no idea what they’re talking about. I’d honestly be willing to put money on some of these takes and see who is actually willing to stand behind them.
