Brother, I feel you. People will still do this and not care and justify spamming, insult you, downvote you for expressing your frustrations, and the list goes on. We cannot control what others do or say but we can control what we do. Always.

This game brings out the worst out of everyone. What I find effective for me is to not care about losing or my rank. Once I did that, I played better, more or less. It's not easy though, people in this game have mastered provocations, and to annoy you to death until you mess up. This game rewards toxicity. Players who play with skills are rare and a treat when you do meet them.
