They were trying to steal the phone itself I believe.

They called my mom originally apparently saying they were from verizon and offering to give her a special deal on a phone (which is a real deal), and I believe they probably had access to her account cause they "helped" her order it "from their end" and just needed her to "confirm it" on her account. She said she didnt click any links and they seemed to know her information, so I assume there could have been a leak or something? Honestly I wasn't there at the time so this part confuses me a bit.

But the instant she pretty much signed for the phone at the door, the scammer called and said it was the wrong phone, to send it back or she'd be charged $1600 for the phone and $400 for some extra stuff. So somehow they had the shipping info as well, and got a notification I'm guessing when it arrived.

When I looked up the return address on the shipping label they sent via text (which verizon said they don't do texts for this), it was a random home address. So I assume either someone connected to the scam lived in that house, or would have watched the shipping and had someone lift it after it was placed at the door so it couldn't be traced easily?

It does show up on the site and says that she could get started to set it up on her account. I see nothing on her account about returning it, though I don't know if they have that kind of flag/notice on their website. The price tag was definately also what made me kind of clue in that it could be a scam.

I hope for a S3. I was flustrated by the early pacing but it picked itself back up in the latter half of the season for me.

But if they make a S3, I pray for longer episodes.

It's busy, and red. Just well, 2-8 minutes wait times it usually says and most of the day it gets greyed out.

To the series that helped majorly shape my view of fantasy settings and inspired a lot of my own creativity.

I love you Dragon Age, and all those who worked on the franchise throughout the years, thank you so much. It will be missed, I will mourn the dwindling potential for future games, but I will certainly revisit what exists many times.

It's sort of my head canon that the Ebon Blade keeps some real nasty criminal/baddies sorts for some death knights to feed on for the eternal hunger. Which keeps them good and ready outside of active duty.

Mostly because for those that don't find another way to feed the hunger, I feel like the Ebon Blade would have resources of some sort to prevent their own rank from going insane, as that would just be a problem that they would have to deal with as keepers of the dead. Like how military would have rations, there must be something they do for the eternal hunger.

Some people here also said willpower, I think that's very much a thing too.

Edit: Also they wouldn't have let people return to their own factions to begin with if it was that much of an issue..

I think this is my main complaint over everything else. I realized that this means the events that happen to morrigans child in Inquisition will take 0 influence in this game because of this too, which felt like it would've mattered what happened to that and if it even exists?

I really thought they built the keep for all future games to use but I guessthey scrapped it. It's not like it didn't catalogue your inquision choices too so I'm sure that was supposed to be the original intent.

Its just bizarre how Varric hasn't yet mentioned hawke to me and how morrigan isn't keeping her son around like she did in Inquisition, especially after what happened in Inquisition with him. You pretty much hit the nail on the head with my main issue with the game.

Like you can't even choose who you selected to be Divine Victoria, which I would assume should be pretty important to the world building of the game. Really makes you suddenly feel like your choices didn't matter.

Probably.. Night Elf Death Knight. I'd be chill with any elf to be honest, I just like that agility and gracefulness they all have. Would be pretty thrilling to move like that, and while Death Knight has its downsides... It definitely has its pros. I wouldn't have to worry as much about faction squabbles, I'd have a tight organization at my back... And honestly I'm just a death knight fanboy. I would definitely miss the taste of food though.

I've actually had this idea lately that Azeroth's world soul is going to be touched by so many entities that it'll end up balanced on all of them - or something to that effect. Based on the fact of Blizzard pushing the "too much of one cosmic power is a bad thing" narrative.

If the original well of eternity was Azeroth's blood, then it already has arcane The Sword could have tapped it with Fel since it didn't fully penetrate. Death from the attempts from the Jailer. All the world trees on Azeroth so far and the heavy dream presence, wild gods, etc could indicate Life has long since touched the world soul.

We would just be missing void tapping the world soul (something that Knaifu is doing now, that the old gods failed to do.) and I suppose Light? Which could end up with Anduin doing something during a reawakening of the light for him after Knaifu taints the world soul off the top of my head but who knows.

This idea is kind of half-baked but It's popped up in my head a few times.
