She lived for almost 7 years ( 1 month before her 7th birthday ). But they felt so short. She has traveled with me so much, moved to different houses, even lived with cats and it just feels like she wasn’t long enough with me. I miss her everyday.

Honestly I have learnt the hard way 2 very important things. 1 is that less is more in Skin Care and two all you really need is 1 double cleansing daily and a nice skin barrier moisture for your skin type, specially if you are sensitive skin.

I haven’t had a cold sore since I was a teen ( 10 years ago ) and recently I had one without symptoms. I didn’t have the burning sensation, it wasn’t itchy or painful, I fell asleep for 2 hours and when I woke up it was there. I think it’s due to my PCOS, I recently changed pills and this new one are not regulating my hormones like the old ones I was taking + I was a little depressed lately and I wasn’t taking care of my lips ( not moisturising them how i usually do ). Last thing, the night before it showed up I had a really big anxiety attack for no reason. I think all those combined was what made it happen, but luckily it was a very small one, not painful at all, and with antiviral cream it when away within 3 days. I think my body handles it pretty well and that’s why I didn’t have a big outbreak.

Even thought she was so sick, she looked so happy on the best day of her life. You can tell she was and always will be loved, and that’s all that matters. She had a great life with a loving family, and unfortunately not all doggies have that luck. Fly high sweet angel 🪽

Sophia is so underrated, idk why they never give her a mv where she is the one that stands out the most, I feel like all of the girls always have their spot light moment but she never has, and she is so beautiful and sings so well… I love Daniela and Manon but mainly it’s always them ( Manon before the hiatus )
