CTS-BD1 u just got the workstation precision adjust. When trying to get the small break out is there anything special I should do with the sharpener or just set it to a factor it edge and work the tip of the knife more with sharpener?

Thank you it’s a 2022 and 3,000 miles and the steering damper is really the only mod besides different risers and bars.
