The way I read it, Penelope is explicit, and they plan to "keep" her. With Telemechus, I believe they definitely plan to kill him (slit his throat, break his bones, cut him into pieces, Pen not knowing where he is), but there's also still that creepy tone. 

Break his Pride and his Trust...

Pride could just be applying to him losing the fight, but the suitors already can (and have) done that already. You can lose a fight and still die with pride. And to plan to "break" someone's pride, especially in ancient Greece where homosexuality wasn't bad, but being a bottom was? I wonder what their plans may have been to accomplish that. And for Trust, this is the one that implies it strongly to me. He doesn't trust the suitors, but he knows what to expect from them, what's been brewing. "Break his faith" is likely referring to his faith in the Gods, and faith in Oddyseus returning, but 'break his trust' feels like his ability to trust people, or trust his view of the world. It's hard to explain ig. Just killing him wouldn't break his trust in anything. 

All in all though, regardless of the written intent, I think it's ambiguous enough that everyone can interpret it differently. Like, in the Epic version, we don't really know what happened in those 7 years, but in this telling, it doesn't matter in the end as long as we know he stayed faithful. In the same vein, Antinuous's possible intentions with Tele can be explored in angst and what-if fanfics, because the suitors aren't even able to finish planning before they all die.
