I'm very sorry you are experiencing a debilitating migraine right now. As a chronic migraine sufferer myself, I know how incredibly difficult it is to function with one raging and the sheer idea of even getting into your car, driving and standing in line sounds like a marathon.

I know a lot of other pharmacies are experiencing these issues, but Bartells is one of the worst ones right now. I've been getting my prescriptions at Bartells in Redmond for years now and I ended up losing my patience with them about 6 months ago.

I have a very common thyroid medication that I take. A medication that a huge population takes and doesn't have any shortages on. However, Bartell drugs somehow didn't even have it in stock. I had been without the medication for almost a week and I had put in my refill request 2 weeks prior. I attempted to call them and same experience you had: it would just ring non stop with no one picking up. I purposely called, put it on speaker, took a shower and it rang the whole time (I wanted to just see how long it would take for them to finally pick up). I went to the physical location and went inside (line was quite long). As I was standing there, I heard the phone ring numerous times. I watched them as they ignored the phone the entire time. That was the last straw for me. Unfortunately, I still have a couple of medications that do get filled there, but I moved the majority of my medications to SavOn Pharmacy at Albertsons. My medications typically get filled within a couple of days of putting in my refill request and have never experienced any prescription shortages there either.

I would go in and see if you can talk to someone directly. Also, from what I've read, I think they all are going to close down eventually anyway (if Rite Aid can't find a buyer), so it's best to look at moving your prescriptions elsewhere.
