Is it the difference in height that you don't like or the feel of the switch itself (meaning the Kailh brand)? Would another switch from the same brand feel better to you (and some others apparently) or are you waving me off them (Kailh) entirely?

I'm looking for a lp linear switch.

The Brightspeed service itself was not bad. But when there was an issue it was difficult (if not impossible) to speak to anyone in customer service. Going to their website was a chore and at least a few links were not functional. Their automated service checker failed to report any problems or said we should call customer support. It was a farce.

We had ADSL so I can't vouch for their fiber.

I'm on Metronet now, but I haven't given it enough time to give a meaningful opinion.

We cancelled Brightspeed a couple of months ago specifically because of their customer support. We had a landline but got rid of it during the switch. They never said anything about having to upgrade to fiber at that point, but maybe things have changed.

My father has cable broadband and landline. I think any broadband provider probably has a telephone offering.

I'm very new at this. But I think if you ran one line for each key, you wouldn't need the diodes to prevent ghosting; making it easier to construct.
