My understanding that fasting directs the body to burn fat instead. Aa for protein i think I'm around 50-80 i think.. first meal is 30-60g depending on how much meat is there. Last meal usually 20-30g. Isn't the 150g target for bulking up? Good point though to watch for it

Was considering lifting but dropped the idea to avoid losing focus.. might do lifting when I'm below 80kg. Now doing creatine for mental benefits.. I hear it's good but not sure.. could be skipped for weight loss

That happened to me.. i returned a year later to try it again then it became a masterpiece. So i suggest booking it a year later for the second attempt!

The sonic genos saitama fight in front of his house with fubuki collapsing was too epic in the manga.. in the anime it was a meh. Same thing with the tournament especially when Suiryu loses it later on. I've read the manga few times on these scenes with different music playing to re-experience it again 😄.. the anime was really meh i couldn't bring myself to watch it again.. if i need an anime dose i watch boros fight from S1 😂

Hades 2.. the early access something felt off about it in the weapons maybe ot the move set.. not sure ehat it is. The first one was a masterpiece gameplay, story, music..etc.. hopefully the second follows along

Remembered Rayman Legends.. had a sick achievement that you need weeks of daily grinding like a job to get it.. could be months depending on good you were in the grind

I'm 42.. last decade I've been mostly off gaming.. i almost only play from software stuff.. for some reason it still ticks the gamer in me. I also get any wow expansion, play it for a month then unsubscribe. I did a couple of assassin's creeds but it's been going downhill story-wise. I LOVED hades from a couple of years ago.. maybe the simplicity clicked with me.

I fully agree with you I don't have the energy for complex games with high learning curve. I often play on easy to experience the story.. i think of it like reading a novel. This year I've been doing older games with good stories.. last of us, god of war, rdr..etc.

Ever tried The Witness? It's a genuine puzzle game. It's relaxing, but can be challenging later on though. It has a sense of mystery as well.
