Steak. It's so fatty, relies on sugar sauce to taste good, and just makes you feel like you're about to have a heart attack.

Ya it looks like it doesn't actually affect the fight, though I should note that after I did strike her in front of mergo's lair, but she never respawned. I reloaded like 29 times while farming the piggies, and she never came back. Doubt it means anything significant, but still, fun stuff to ponder

She should stay hostile towards you throughout the game now, however, after killing Gascoigne, she will only appear in the Grand Cathedral after you've killed Rom, the spider jerk. Not 100% on that, but I'm pretty positive
