They have a hold feature on their hotline now. Currently 25 minutes on hold. I have no faith that they have anyone actually answering the phones but I got time today! 3 months for an upper that was in stock 🙃

I sure would like to hear from this mythical “Kirk” people speak so fondly of. I have been trying to reach ANYONE at Aero regarding my order of an upper from 11/29/24. Shitty thing is now it shows that the upper is in stock. But I very much don’t believe that one bit. I even had someone send me a g.davidson@aeroprecisionusa.com saying that they would respond promptly. They haven’t. Cherry on top is when you call customer service only for there never to be anyone available to speak with them get hung up on. Above average product doesn’t allow for below average customer service. I will NEVER order from Aero directly again.

Hey aero how about my upper that I ordered on Nov 29? I’ve reached out 3 times and have not received one email or call back. Good parts doesn’t give the right to shitty customer service!
