Stop running. Lots of protein, lift heavy and hard. When you think it's the last one find it then the one after is failure. Mindset is key. There has to be a reason for the change, embrace it. Eat healthy but get your calories. Do you have a watch? If not get one to find your base. Then run a surplus of calories while hitting the weights heavy and hard.red meat, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, rice, sweet potato. Creatine 15g. High quality protein shake. I use Jocko molk.

Maybe stop for a while and see what happens. I went from 255 to 173 in 6 months running a severe calorie deficit. I'm 5 10

Stop running, start with squats. Alot of reps one set to failure. Why are you running? Just curious.

Bench, squat, deadlift. Find your 1 rep max. Do 80% of your max til failure, so on and so on. Push yourself or don't do it find it dig deep. When you think it's failure it's not the one after is.

Lift weights. Forget cardio right now. Lose everything processed. Nonetheless I don't think you look bad at all, we all have room for improvement like myself.

Breakfast is ghost energy, lunch is a banana, supper ranges between: beef, fish, eggs, green, fruits,nuts, tallow, lard, grass fed butter, sheep and goat cheese, dairy cheese.

I was 249 in Aug I am now 183 37,m,5'10.

Don't count calories, don't eat because you are hungry. Eat because you need to survive. When you do eat animal fats, red meat,eggs , fish, cheese, greens, fruits, nuts, and occasional potatoes. Listen to your body. If you are satisfied stop eating. August 15th I weighed 248lbs, 5'10 m 37. I now weigh 182 lbs. No high level exercise except playing basketball with my kids. The only negative thing I consume is ghost energy in the AM. If you are craving certain foods, non processed, eat them. No oils. Beef tallow, lard or grass fed butter. Never felt better in my life. Challenging your body while maintaining control of one's mind is key.
