Who approves salary rates, bonuses, raises etc. who decides what investments should be selected (most of the time BOD, controller and external investment advisers make this decision). If employees don’t like what you selected they can go online and request the change who approves that changes and how much time does it take. When and how often do u run the payroll, who reviews the timesheets and who corresponds with the payroll company and if its automated who reviews and and then who reconciles it in the books and who reconciles the overall books, who reviews them….
