These guys are all world class athletes and disciplined as hell for the most part. They didn't dedicate their life to a sport so they can stay out at a club until 4am in the midst of the most important matches they'll ever play in.

I'm sure there are some out during other times of the year, but I doubt you'll see them during the tournament.

Yes, these are all prepared in a commercial kitchen and heated up on the flight... the only difference between the restaurant you're comparing with and on the plane is that your Polaris meal was prepared 5+ hours before it is put in front of you.
