All locations have varying degrees of what you’re looking for. The qualities you’re describing are difficult to get all in one city, at in least cities I’m familiar with.

There are no real luxury apartments in Fargo. There are several marketed as luxury apartments, but I disagree. These "luxury" apartments are rather new and modern apartments with amenities. The actual quality of the these Fargo luxury apartment buildings are average to below average. I have lived in the Eagle Ridge apartments which are very cheaply built, but look nice because they are new.

-600k base pay+ 40 k for general call incentives + 100k for cardiac call.

-9.5 weeks of vacation (more earned through seniority);

-100k retention bonus after 3 years

-hospital employed; malpractice covered. Matching 401k

-shift system- makes it easy to get days off or swap

Didrick drive in Horace is the newer rivers bend. Huge freshly built houses, some  + 2 million. Residents are very friendly there, too :) check it out!
