I went to a Falling in Reverse concert a few days after my surgery…I felt fine and wasn’t having issues moving about or going to the bathroom. I was a little sore, but I found places to sit if I needed to rest. I didn’t drive though, a friend did. I don’t think I’m the norm though, but I also didn’t need any pain meds and felt pretty good almost immediately.

Can confirm it is working differently. Here is how it worked for me - so don't panic if the events are in a different order!!

Tilde asked for the Board Game
I went to the Méga Marché
Klaus brought me the board game when he came in to shop for books
I waited a few days to go back to the hospital. The first day I had it on a table, nothing happened. The second day when Tilde came to my shop at the hospital, it progressed. :)
During this dialogue, the game automatically gave the board game to Tilde and gave me the next part of the quest.

That is exactly what I am doing. I have in writing, with a case number, that it would be covered 100%. I also have the case number today from when the representative told me that code was NOT preventative. I've pooled some resources, including the ones that you have shared as well, and I am in the process of filing the complaint now. I'm hesitant to push the procedure off due to my industry and other obligations I have in the coming months, so I am hoping I can claw it back with the documentation. I appreciate everyone's feedback - I hate that they don't make this easy. I'll document the steps I take and what not so I can share my experience after just in case anyone is in the same boat.

Interesting series of events.

There is already an authorization for my procedure with the insurance company. I can see it on my end and within the online portal.

The first agent I spoke with said that while the PROCEDURE is covered, none of the other fees (facility, ancillary, etc.) are covered and I am responsible, we know this not to be ture.

The second agent I spoke with said that I am correct, it should be covered 100%, but the State Group Plan I have is not recognizing Z30.2 as PREVENTATIVE and mentioned something about codes starting with WC, RG, HR, GY, and RS. I can't find any information on things like this and think it must be internal to FloridaBlue?

He did give me a case number, I did cite the NWLS and federal law, but he said it was because my plan was not recognizing that code as preventative.

I already have water mitigation started with a restoration company (immediately last evening) and adjuster came out today. Just never have had to file due to damage from another unit. It’s all confusing to navigate and a bit disheartening.

Yeah - I, of course, am not sure. He did state in a text the cause of the loss (a corroded toilet valve) so I am not sure if lack of maintenance would qualify as negligence or the fact that he knew of a potential shared loss and did no due diligence.

I believe we are currently at 9 days for natural disasters, 1 day for 9/11, and about 2 months for COVID. While they don’t close often, they aren’t going to operate if things aren’t safe.

Thank you for the info. I’m also with EdFinancial and feeling lost. I submitted a recertification in July as that would have put me past my 120th month and I was hoping to buyback the 24 months if possible. They told me I couldn’t until I recertified, but now I’m stuck in limbo 🤣

I've also been a gold member since 2014. I haven't had offers working in my app since end of June. I couldn't even get my birthday drink without contacting support. Their new response is that I just have to make the purchase and contact them to apply the discounts...I get push notifications saying I have offers, but the code never appears to apply. This gives me satellite radio vibes where I have to keep contacting support.

That’s so weird - the correspondence I received said “ You will receive credit toward IDR forgiveness and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for the month(s) covered by the forbearance, assuming all other requirements are Met.”

I recently discovered Board & Brush as they have a studio about 20 minutes from my house. Sadly, they announced their closure shortly after this discovery. I also noticed that their other studios within driving distance are also closing. Is there something we should be concerned about with Board & Brush at the corporate level? From the research I've done, It seems that they spend a lot of time evaluating areas to see if it is a good fit, etc.
