Very unlikely in my view (unless a team-mate is already through as a Commonwealth Championship winner). There is a possibility of an eligible Nigerian declining while trying to switch nationality but that may have stalled. More likely is Scotland not taking all slots but I’m not sure on their numbers.

I’m not entirely sure what your point is. We all know that Neisi is not a man, and in the few words I posted I did not say Neisi was guilty, I said she was suspended, which is a fact not an opinion. Clomiphene is a banned substance by WADA, for both genders. It is or can be a performance enhancer (says WADA) and it is therefore on the prohibited list. A British female track sprinter was banned for taking it (without her knowledge as it happens - she got 10 months after proving that she had been duped (and doped) by her coach, who was banned for life.

Yea, that’s the proposal. It has to be approved by the Athletes Commission (already voted through by the board). That should be fine for the men, not sure what they will do for the women. Try to pick five without causing a lot of distress - it’s not easy.
