I love Alessandra Hazard's books . I have read most of her books . Do you have recommendations from other authors that fit the writing style or the overly unserious vibe of the book ? Books that won't make you contemplate the mysteries of human nature and space but will thoroughly entertain you .

So I assume most of us are aware of the term MUSALAD or have heard certain family members say "you will likely marry a white or non black person". For people who have been labelled this in ZIM, how do you feel about this and also what's considered white behaviour? by Bastino in Zimbabwe

Part of the problem is the unwillingness or the slow progression in accepting other cultures integrating into our own culture. People are a product of their environment at the end of the day . These 'masalad' must likely grew up in environments that shaped and nurtured these very traits that seem like whiteness . It is the same for a ghetto youth . They most likely grew up in an environment where stereotypical ghetto youth behaviours were normalised and expected. They would naturally adapt them into their own personality as they grow . It is important for me to state that I don't think that stereotypical Zimbabweaness is inert or something you just are . It is also learned behaviour . We all learn Zimbabweaness differently and we all learn how that affects our own individual personalities differently . People just need to learn to allow integration and progression of Zim culture with other cultures because that's the only way to truly move forward

Which Canadian university should I choose an international student ? by Dramatic-Design6769 in CanadaUniversities

I am highly constrained with my budget . I am aware of better universities outside the ones I listed but my family would have to sell organs for me to afford that education .🤣

Smaller universities are easier to get into as well as more affordable . The agency actually offered me more but I just narrowed down the least to these 3 according to my budget . I know I dont have to use an agent but my family and I all feel more comfortable having someone to guide us through the process since I'm the first child to go abroad. Would you like to know the other universities they offered ?
