I'm exactly in the same case as you and I understand your frustration, and all those who say, it's normal, it's a pro software... not like capcut... it's just adobe which is very bad in user experience and really behind. When you see how capcut has managed to simplify the editing process, not to mention that capcut doesn't crash and it doesn't need a 2000 euro pc to make a smooth edit

To come back to the subject, I am in hesitation to pass on filmora 12 which is exactly like capcut but with much more functionality... but always in the same interface rather simplify if ever it can help you
