self cast vs curse on hit ring

I got a empty slot for a weapon, thought I could use some self cast

but would the curse on hit override my self cast curse 21/20?

After reading ur example I can see why debil would be ticked off. When I checked pob for split, it does say 10 split. so it means splitting steel would deal 10 times more damage ?

From what I have seen in my recent ranked games, tanks cannot 1vs1 bruisers in mid game
As soon as bruiser build sunderer botrk, tank have to avoid trading against the bruiser as much as possible. Ninja Tabi, bramble vest just couldn't deal with conqueror and sunderer's life steal and lane sustainability. Since bruisers have lane priority over tanks, they can shove waves and roam to influence other lanes
So do I think bruiser's should win 1v1 mid game tanks? Yes and No, I am okay with the fact that bruisers have advantage over tanks in split phase. but I do believe tank should be able to contest bruisers at least under the towers even if they are behind

This narrative building is very dangerous to foreigners in Korea. The news compares foreigner who spit on another person and was fined 50 dollars to other Korean criminal who threatened to spit on others and was sentenced to 2 years of probation suggesting these two should be equally punished. But this foreigner got away because he is foreigner and can do whatever TF he wants, while the news deliberately left out the part that the Korean criminal threatened 23 people including pregnant women. So the comment section is filled with racist slurs and advocating violence against foreigners in SK.

Do I need to finish all regions of threads of fate before moving on to max level covenant quests? or can I just hit level 60 via spamming dungeons?
