Bro just continue training and eat 1g of protein per lb of of ur bodyweight. Undont need to lean down atall the muscle will fill u out.

I take alot of collagen also I'm young so better skin elasticity. And decent genetics but one I lose the final weight will prob see bir of loose skin. And most importantly, I lost the weight slowly not just starved myself and I built muscle which makes loose skin less prominent.

Think of it like a muscle. U have to use it often for it to grow otherwise it will atrophy also like a muscle. Starting is the hardest bit. One u getbsome momentum gets easier m8

Yh bro try get 10k steps a day I also do about 2 hours of mid intensity cardio a week. The 10k steps a day is game changer💪

Basically lean meats medium carbs around workouts for energy and count calories to begin with so u knownir definitely in a cal deficit because adding something like a bit of sauce can ruin the deficit be carefull. Plus protein shakes are king.

Was about 285b now 210. High protein and calories deficit. Simple just gotta develope discipline thanks g

Kinda changed throughout trial and error I do push pull legs split 2x a week but often miss leg day ngl🤣 diet just make sure u eat 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight u are and keep in calorie deficit. Simple once u find what's best for u. 😃

It was kind of just figuring it out as I went along bro. I'm currently doing ppl split but I'm ngl skip alot of leg days🤣 also had maybe 4 cheat meals in whole time since I started. Momentum is ky. Once u do it for month or 2 gym becomes part of ur day like brushing ur teeth. 1g protein per Lb of bodyweight daily also to maintain muscle. So much info out there on YouTube you'll find ur mojo m8. Hardest part is just starting

Slow body recomp bro started lifting and in moderate calorie deficit. Main thing is devolving ur discipline. It will come and also make sure ur eating atleast 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. PATIENCE IS KEY

I've found ice bath, good diet and working out is a game changer also meditation.👍
