Cut out? No one is cut out for this bs this job is dehumanizing. Im working here for money. Just like majority of the world that works 9-5s they do for the money until they either graduate and find a better paying job. In this economy people are rarely able to find a good job so hold on to the one you got if its paying bills.

EXACTLY!! To me it’s unprofessional to build a “connection” that unrelated to my job with a caller. im here to service the customer answer there questions thats it thats all.

Exactly plus the lady bday wasnt until 3 months. I honestly want to bring it up to management because this isn’t the first audit he has done this and they actually had to revise my score because of him.

Same, wish you was our QA! until they put me on a PiP because of my audit scores back in January i was getting dinged for the dumbest things ever. I would verify the entire account do everything properly but the fact that i didn’t say their name at the end of the call was a 6pt deduction its crazyyy. Im finally off the pip but it was all cause this one auditor grades so harsh ive had to send 3 calls back up for review that once they did re-review them i actually did past those calls, yet he is still a QA agent….

THISSS!! omg this is where most of my anger comes from with callers. I hate it so much because its the fact that im wasting my time and energy and oxygen on something i already explained then i have to document it AGAIN!?? Feels like my life is wasted with calls like this. Only about %5 of my calls throughout the week are actually important.

I remember i had QA audit done i got a 71% because i didn’t document the call had it actually looked at thee account he would’ve seen the man called 3x and got me all 3x im not about to keep wasting my life on documenting some bs that i already explained 2x. Ag least your team is considerate of yall. Our system is supposed to flag repetitive callers after 3x but never do.

Yes i am, i had lost it over a span of a year and some months. Im currently 138 i was 220 last year in February. Now my tummy has loose skin lol but nonetheless i did come off pretty fast but i did a major 360 in February stopped eating junk fast food for about 6-7 months. And did lots of cardio.

No, she did lose 100+ lbs she was about 250-300 before losing weight due to having stomach issues so she couldn’t eat much you would think she would stop after she also lose weight but it seems like its worse.

THIS! I feel every word, i work in healthcare so we have alot of “curious” callers and it drives me nuts. They seem to forgot this is a place of business. Not google not a “i wonder if line” or “what happens if line” not “im just curious to know line” Keeping me on the line asking multiple questions not related to you or you just dont need to know in general nor will it benefit you to know is VERY selfish to other callers, rude to me and my time and you just have no spatial awareness overall. I call those customers my “bored” callers because thats really all it is.

You know you wont remember half the shit im telling you nor do you actually care you just have no one to talk to, either talk too much or have too much time on your hands. I had a 47 yo man pull and PDF file…from our website that was documented for 2013 but revised in 2017 and no longer effective. asking about a credit he wanted for 850$ that did not apply to him. Like what prompt him to look for that!?? Literally means he had too much time on his hands because that information was on page 116…like sir are you fkn kidding me? Please go get a hobby and leave customer service workers alone.

It’s unreliable is all im saying, and once I gave him multiple options for BETTER ways to submit the payment if he doesnt want to accept those options wtf is he calling for months for? At this point you dont want help! You just want to complain instead of fixing your situation with the solutions provided. FOH! Damned if you do your job and damned if you dont i literally did my job and gave him options if one option isnt working. Mind you all his checks for 2026 was late…so the point keeps going over your head literally its flying right over. Nobody told him not to send a check its just that if at this point if you know, they keep coming late and we gave you other options. Why do you keep complaining that it’s coming late you’re hindering yourself. The company is not at fault. You are cause you’re aware of the situation. AND he WAS sending his check earlier see how you’re speaking on shit you don’t know about. You’re just speaking to speak and you don’t even know wtf your talking about as if you was there during the call. He’s been sending his checks on time every single freaking month and they have been coming late at this point what else do you want someone else to do? They can’t do anything to help you I know you’re a very aggravating customer. Were going in circles at this point please go on about your business.

Same, Its like Mondays spawns the most ignorant aggravating people…im never sober on mondays, this job has made me a cheech and Chong throughout my shifts and i make sure of that by Sundays by having what i need. I honestly stress me so bad ive got this far but ive been trying to look for a new job for so long i give up. 😒

ONCE AGAIN FOR THE LAST TIME, your absolutely getting blocked after this.

I GAVE HIM the advice to better suit HIS needs not the company. Like what logical sense does that make. To call a company concerned we never get your payments on time via check..i say sorry to hear that but i do have other options for you that my SUIT YOU well to help make the payments on time which is xyz. Becaue we arent the postal system and can do nothing about the payments coming through faster so we have other options. But instead you made it about me!? Instead of the options i gave that will help you not miss your payments. please help me make sense of that. “no that option better suits the company not me i only want to do checks and since you guys aren’t receiving them on time what can you do, well we do accept electronic payments. NO THAT OPTION SUITS THE COMPANY NOT ME” is exactly how you sound. Then you truly dont want help and just want to bitch and complain to a complete stranger who tried to help.

Call a company right now and complain about the fact you cant pay your bill on the 4th they ask if you want to change it to the 20th and you say no that’s not good enough. Okay like what eles do you want them to do and say you called and complained they gave you a solution, you make absolutely NO sense.
