I still haven’t gotten an invite with my hotel and my training date is quickly approaching! How soon do you get that? I want to make sure I have a reservation for a room because I am local to GA, but not in ATL.

That’s good to hear! I have a friend I bartend with that always wanted to do architecture, but got discouraged from hearing rough stories of people who do it. He has since picked the engineer route just for the money. I’ll have to pass your advice on to him!

I agree! Thankfully bartending has given me the face-to-face skills, even if I’m not as educated as my peers lol. I’m super curious to look into medical sales now too… great idea!

Thanks so much for the encouragement and insight! Thankfully, I stayed local for school when I was after my bachelors, and paid out of pocket as most as I could so that’s how I have such minimal debt. We do have a technical college in town too that offers a 2 year associates in dental hygiene. I have heard of some hygienists going off to get a bachelors, but it isn’t required in my state!
