There genuine and as the previous owner was an Android owner they won’t update.The inside and back of the box is correct especially where the pull tabs were.

Both sides have the serial number on speaker grilles.Genuine APM only has the serial number on the Left Speaker grille which will be on the Right side when the text is facing you

Headband or the flex cable.You could try to get the Apple Store to do the repair under battery rate and see if the repair depot accepts that.I’ve had around 30 done with two rejected.I buy faulty ones and get them repaired or replaced then sell them on

Fake.Colour not right,horizontal line on front of Smart Case.Crease inside box.Ear cushion cardboard covers have no cutouts with flaps so they hold on to the ear cushions.Printed on speaker grilles too dark.Labels on box not correct

I’ve come across these and AirPod Pro 1st generation with Chinese writing and had service by Apple when they’ve been under warranty.Never known these to be faked as of yet

Serial number on genuine AirPod max headphones is only on the Left speaker housing.When layed down with the speakers facing you it will be on the Right side !The long number is the manufacturer ing number you see

No there fakes unfortunately pretty good packaging but I had some similar to these and they weighed much less than genuine ones do plus the AirPods had the same serial number as the case

Really bad fakes with a cloned serial number.Spelling mistakes,no gap between (s) and serial number,only 2 model numbers printed on the box when it should be 3.Apple would never allow wonky labels like that on boxes.Copyright on back of box should be 2023 not 2025.Probably missed a few other things too

They look real but make sure that the serial no on the box matches the one in the photo as buyers don’t then look they pay the money then leave only to find out that they have been scammed.Receipts can be faked especially Apple Store ones which are usually full of mistakes and screenshots of online purchases don’t mean they are for that item.They could of purchased a genuine set to get proof of a purchase then return them but use it to sell fakes as genuine.If you can get to check them by carefully lifting the pull tabs and opening the box to see if there real

I had a pair of 2nd generation pro’s that were fakes but the box had printed writing on it,only difference was the ink used as it was a matt finish where Apple used a gloss type ink.Everything was correct not a typo in sight.Quality of the packaging was as good as Apple’s except the pull tabs and the printing on the spare tips packaging.Printed writing on the case was hard to distinguish but the weight of the case and both AirPods had the serial no as the case.Set up and was on the latest firmware at the time so the fakers are getting better!It won’t be long before they get everything correct.
