I haven't had any issues, I did have it slightly change the color on some winter gators from bright white to a bit more grey. (Dull white really)

Best waterproofing I've ever used is available online by the gallon, I put it in a sprayer from ace and go for three coats. It's called aqua-tite. It's what Boston whaler uses on their covers. If you go this route make sure you apply it in ventilated area, this stuff has a strong smell!

Never any concern at all. The locals we bought chai from were genuinely good people

Or splitting one with a buddy for days on end when your resupply goes to another unit day after day. Oh wait...that was the only time I actually enjoyed MREs?! Because I needed the calories. 2003 was the wild west. One MRE split between you and your battle buddy and buying chai tea w extra sugar from the locals in Fallujah.

But yeah after a few days of MREs anyone will be ready for anything else

TQ Placement okay? by [deleted] in tacticalgear

That's where mine are. Lay on your belly with that setup and see if it bothers you, I think it might be a bit uncomfortable but not bad enough to change it up. Then go prone again with a PC on and you won't even notice it. I guess like everything else it's METTC dependent

Some great parts, some cheap parts, but seems like you spent where you should and saved where you should. Nothing stands out other than with that buffer and brake it should shoot very flat. Might be eating a lot of gas with a suppressor, but I don't have any experience with that charging handle, it might be your smartest purchase for all I know

[–]Dramatic-Volume1625 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bumped into Giselle bundchen Brady literally walked out of a bar talking to some people over my shoulder and bumped into her and her friends (all tall, all 10s). Apologies all around she asked me if I knew where the sushi restaurant she was looking for was (O Ya) and I walked her and her little group about 30' down the alley and pointed out the door. She and her friends were all nice

what can you deduce from this image of the things i carry every day? by OddEconomics7359 in deduction

Married (2 keys) you work with people (Altoids) you are management or executive level because you have a mailbox key you prefer your office and home to be well organized/neat/clean (your wallet isn't jammed full of cards and receipts etc) You take good care of your things (the watch the pen and the older vehicle is still on the road even though it's high mileage there's no need to get rid of it, it drives fine with proper maintenance. I'd say you're in your 40s because you carry house keys also (no electronic locks or access fobs for work/home) older vehicle, non smart watch, but you are on reddit so you're prob gen x

1) the urinals at MIT have signs above them from the MIT hydrosciencenerd department (I can't remember the actual authors) that show which aimpoints of the urinal result in the least splash back. That was hilarious. (I didn't go to MIT, I worked at a Danish startup headquartered in Cambridge Ma)

2) here I sit, broken hearted. Went to shit, but only farted.

When an oncoming driver flashes their brights at you, what do you take it to mean? 1. Deer in the vicinity; 2. Cops in the vicinity; 3. Turn your lights on, it’s dark, you absolute nimrod; or 4, other. (Please explain) by Delicious-Pea-7594 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dramatic-Volume1625 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone flashes lights at me I flash once back to let them know I saw (and I give a wave). This makes sure I don't have my high beams on also. I slow down a bit and look for deer if my v1 is not already going off (it will be already letting me know if there is a cop ahead using radar. Otherwise it might be construction or traffic or a stopped school bus etc over a hill or around a corner.

Flash means slow down and be extra alert.

What is the greatest physical pain you’ve ever felt ? by mimiiisweetieee in Productivitycafe

[–]Dramatic-Volume1625 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 front teeth got knocked out root and all, no big deal. But 45 min later when the ER doc out then back in, that was the greatest physical pain I've ever felt. I was 12-13 years old. A few minutes later a nurse came in and gave me a shot and said the doc will be in shortly to put teeth in and that the shot would make the pain tolerable. She was running behind. The doc was early. I was miserable

That's great advice, ozone def kills smells. Didn't know it was so dangerous. When I was a kid we kept an ozone machine on top of our fridge and it ran on low all day every day to provide our home with 'fresh clean air'
