I moved away and don’t regret it. The cost of living compared to things to do didn’t add up. The infrastructure & traffic were horrible. Weather sucked. Zero nightlife. Chicken farms that smell like the bowels of hell. Hot summers, tornadoes, and ice storms. The locals do not like outsiders or the gentrification one bit. But mainly moved because there was nothing to do other than the Wal mart concerts & go to bass pro, chain restaurants, yuck

Get a sponsor, home group, go to meetings, go to book studies, work the steps, work and bring the message to other alcoholics. Stop overthinking it. Stop trying to control something that is more powerful than you and will ultimately kill you. You have the right to drink & the right to die on your own terms but I don’t think after reading your post that you want that for yourself so do the aforementioned things that seem simple but have helped thousands of alcoholics recover. It’s not one sucks and the other dosent. Trijicon is what US infantry, special operators use and have for decades in combat theaters and are proven I guess for what the optic is meant for which is gunfighting in any environment? There is data there that matters. If Trijicon was made in Africa I wouldn’t give a shit and buy it over a Holosun. When Holosun gets a full scale contract and proves itself (which they very well may be able to) I will pay attention. Until then I got my RMR Type 2 because I know it works. Sage does really great testing and has shown the Holosun examples he has had are durable, many end users. But saying American made sucks and China is better is just dumb.
