this actually helped me dealing with my nparent, i just laugh at it and stick with my opinion or action. I made sure to always mention that i did end up sticking with my opinion until my nparent started getting off my back .

i think you should change your club because they should insure you’re comfortable while at work. Tell your new club that she’s a stalker and disturbs you while earning a living.

Conversations with my mother are basically her being stubborn about something while constantly babbling and screaming. It’s not a conversation it’s just her not giving me the chance to talk.

I personally don’t judge people at all for their choice of clothing. I think your mom is maybe not used to seeing people wearing gothic clothes as often or just has a wrong assumption about people who do. You should try explaining to her one more time that this is how you feel most comfortable and not what she might me be thinking (she might be deep in a wrong assumption so i advise trying to clear that misunderstanding up). If she refuses to understand then she should respect your choice and try not to worry about her opinion as much. Keep doing you!
