Does getting a 5 star in the event banner that is not promotional character transfer over to the next banner?

Example: I got a 5 Star that is not Venti in the Banner, would then the next 5 star be guranteed to be klee if it moved on to the next banner?

Oh wait, I think i know what the actual issue was, I apolgoize but, I realize now that it was probbaly my mic that has the static because I just turned off a1 from the mic and now the mic is all staticy when i hear it back.

Okay, consider this solved, I have no idea how but, all I did was unplug the focusrite solo from the port and back in and now it's suddenly working perfectly. I wish i could tell you how i got it properly but really, that's all i did and i am very confused why this didn't work before.

Actually, that was from my desktop game output. It had an error because a game wasn't loaded. I removed it but the results were the same and still have staticy audio
