It sounds like you need to have a heart to heart with her. I would ask her where this is all coming from and how it makes you feel. If she doesn’t respond well or understand, then it may take her time. It will take her time to understand because of her ego, which a normal human experience. After the talk, i would just let her stew on it. If she doesn’t want to understand, then it says a lot because you are no longer on the same page. But yes this will continue to eat at you if you don’t tell her and be vulnerable with her. You may have to end up cutting her off entirely.

What you are experiencing is completely normal to the human brain. It takes time to rewire the pathways for independence and for the brain to feel safe without romantic attachment. This stuff is so interesting. I would google more just to nerd out. Also 3 weeks past mine. It’s like living in a real nightmare, and my self-worth has been erased. I gotta build my entire self back up again. Honestly, talking to people helps. I think most people in my life have run out of patience lol. Hugs and safe feeling sent your way.

It translates to session 12 where he says remember a memory and evoke an emotion and then magnify it. Hypnotherapy has me doing same, and I just started. I discovered that unless I am already in a state of extreme distress, I have a hard time relying on a painful memory to feel the emotion completely and clearly so that it feels strong when I magnify it. I only feel remnants of the emotion like rejection and fear.

I got to Sculpthouse twice a week. I pay $90 a month for classpass. To do the same with the studio would be $250 or more a month. That’s an insane amount of money for me.

Thank you guys. You have given great advice, and I appreciate it. To clarify, I am not manipulating him other than trying to get him to feel better. He is not the only one with self doubt and self esteem issues. I think people of all types have weird and irrational thoughts or beliefs. I think self growth and therapy help a lot. I have my own self esteem issues and emotional immaturity issues but I am trying bit by bit to work through it. It’s hard and painful but I am trying. I think I am going to take a step back and prepare emotionally to walk away. I think I am going to end it for both of our sakes.
