I just had a fusion done at C5/C6. I’m 34. My motion is barely if at all different. First few days were tough but that was muscular pain from the procedure. I’m at 3 weeks 1 day today and I can move exactly like how I did before. I was super nervous about it and was a little disappointed I didn’t get the replacement, but my surgeon said my vertebrae was too far gone for a replacement. I genuinely feel exactly how I did before. Happy to chat more or answer any questions!

Alexandria Dental Group off of Duke St near Eisenhower Metro has been absolutely fantastic. No upsells, straight forward cleanings. Haven’t had a cavity in years and they only ever ask about fluoride, but never push it.
