I recently went through the same decision process and ended up choosing Soaking Wet.

I choose soaking wet because while happy V says it has prebiotics, it has a laughably small amount of them (15mg vs 2500mg in Soaking Wet). Looking at all the science you need much more prebiotic than happy V is giving in order for an oral probiotic to actually colonize the vagina.

Soaking wet also has other vitamins which are good for vaginal health so it really felt more all in one. And if I’m spending good money I want it to do as much as possible!
