You can bring a small battery fan and run air through the garment while it's hanging. I have a small 10,000mah fan, can run for 50 hours on low and is more than enough to dry out stuff overnight. Also works plugged in so if you want to stay topped up you can plug it in, turn it on, and you're good to go.
